By accessing and using the website onspotmech.in (the "Site") and any services offered by MechanicBaba Services ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Services

We provide on-demand vehicle breakdown and roadside assistance services. All services are provided based on the availability of our technicians and are subject to a verbal or written quote which must be accepted by you before work commences. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the site to post or transmit any fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or abusive material.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MechanicBaba Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
