By accessing the website at mechanicbaba.in and booking our roadside assistance services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. Service Provision & Dispatch

• Emergency Assistance: MechanicBaba Services provides 24/7 on-spot vehicle repair, jumpstarts, and towing across Bengaluru.
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): While we strive to reach your location within 30-45 minutes, actual ETAs are subject to traffic conditions, weather, and mechanic availability. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
• Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe for our mechanics or if the vehicle requires advanced workshop tools not available on-site.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Transparent Quotes: Before any physical repair work begins, our mechanic will diagnose the issue and provide a verbal or written quote. Work will only commence upon your approval.
• Call-Out Fees: In the event a mechanic is dispatched to your location and the service is subsequently canceled by you, or if the vehicle cannot be repaired due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe engine failure), a standard visitation/inspection fee will apply.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Cash, and major digital wallets upon the completion of the service.

3. User Conduct & Security (KWS SOC)

Our digital infrastructure is protected by the KWS Enterprise SOC. By utilizing our platform, you agree:

• Not to deploy automated scraping bots, click-fraud scripts, or malicious software against our website or Google Ads links.
• That any identified fraudulent activity (such as rapid, repeated clicks from the same IP) will result in autonomous IP blocking and potential legal reporting.
• To provide accurate location and contact information to ensure successful dispatch.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall MechanicBaba Services or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the outcome of emergency roadside repairs. Our primary goal is to safely restore your vehicle's mobility, but temporary roadside fixes may require subsequent permanent repairs at a full-service garage.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
